I know that this isn't recommended but how high is the risk with my setup? I have a Biocube 32 with the matching stand. I also have a Biocube 16 stand right next to it. I wanted more room to store equipment like the ATO reservoir, etc.. and a place to put my test strips down to test. However I also need a place to put my QT. I bought a frameless 14G cube tank which fits right on top of the Biocube 16 stand. Garage is too hot. I plan on having my DT lid closed at all times. There's only a ceiling fan in this room.

Its not recommended. If you're going to QT properly - according to the rules it would be best to have them 10-12 feet apart - with separate equipment/nets, etc.
