After my last fish finished qt , I did a 75% w/c, I figure I would leave my copper at 0.5 for introduction of the next batch. Is this ok or should I take it back to 0 for the 3 day observation?

What brand of copper? For coppersafe, .25 is a better level and 3 day observation needs to be at least 14 days.

Copper safe, and 3 days before proactively treating.
Oh, I thought you meant watching the fish for three days before releasing hem from quarantine. For new fish, I’ll put them right into full coppersafe, but if you want to be extra cautious, just drop it to half normal. No need to go to zero.
