I have a 10 gallon QT I would like to put a 2 inch saddle puffer and a 2 inch tiger goby in it for a total of 21 days.
Just checking to see if that is possible.

My Treatment is Chloroquine Phosphate for the full 21 days
General cure at day 3 and day 10
Prime dosed everyday (can't have an established tank with CP treatment)

Just was concerned about the size of the tank for that long.

While not impossible… requires monitoring water and maintaining good water quality

I would not mix medications as you've planned - no matter what the size. Second - the size of the tank (to answer your question) - is ok - making sure aeration is excellent. I would recommend a seachem alert for ammonia

I have 2 small yellow tangs and 2 small clowns in a 10-gallon hospital tank for a week now and so far so good. I did let my sponge filter run in my DT for a good week to seed some bacteria ahead of time though. I also filled the tank with water from my DT. I am trying to keep a very close eye on ammonia.

Chloroquine has fallen out of favor recently - more instances of toxicity in fishes have been cropping up. I stopped using it in 2014, despite having written an article on it:

I also do not like to mix medications, there can be added stress in doing that.

Managing ammonia long term with Prime can be problematic. It seems that multiple doses over time become less and less effective. I've seen the same issue with Amquel. I'm not enough of a chemist to tell you why that is, only that it has been observed to happen.

I guess if you go with CP, I'd dose it at 15 mg/l for 21 days, managing the ammonia with Prime and bacteria in a bottle. Then, I'd dose GC 2x, nine days apart. I usually then hold the fish with no meds for 14 days, just to ensure nothing breaks out.

Here is our preferred quarantine method:
