Quarantined Banggai Cardinal

Not a done deal yet. But I might need to rehome one Banggai Cardinal fish. Its getting picked on by another pair of cardinals. It is a fully quarantined/treated fish from Dr Reef and is eating well. I obviously cant 100% guarantee its pest/disease free, but it's in a tank that has never seen a non quarantined fish/coral etc. If anyone might be interested in a trade for him etc. LMK
