Well Im still in Italy and it looks like the cheap power strip that I used for my MH lights fried. The tank will be without light for 3 days by the time I get home. Is this OK or should I get my better half to do some wiring?

Thanks

From everything I have read 3 days is about max. There are some people that actually do blackouts on their tanks for 2 or 3 days every now and then.

If you need to me swing by or do anything just let me know.

Nothing to worry about. Probably do the tank some good.

I think you will be fine, however if you want I can stop down your place to replace the strip.

I left my lights off for 4 days once when I went on a business trip.

I didn't have lights on my tank for 5 or 6 days because I sold my light before I got my new one in.

Everything was fine. Just kind of acclimate before doing your normal light schedule
