Just wanted to post a quick thanks to AI support (yeah, I know it's Ecotech now, but I had an AI issues....hahaha). I have 2 Hydra 26HD's with flex mounts, and for those of you with this set up, you probably know that the bracket that mounts the arm to the tank is (or was) not exactly "rimmed tank friendly". Well, it turns out AI knows that too, and the newer flex arms come with a different bracket that works MUCH better.
I, of course, wanted these new brackets. So I reached out to support, they told me they weren't available to ship out yet separately (as in, not part of the whole flex arm kit), but that they should be ready in a month or so. So I followed up about 6 weeks later and they not only had them ready, but they arranged for, and shipped them to me within a day of my email to them.
So thanks AI, your support is greatly appreciated!
