I just won a Noopsyche K7 II LED. I can't wait to get it and get some pictures up!
Got it today! Hardest part of setting it up was finding the instructions for the stand. They're on the bottom of the box. So far, I like the light, but the stand is not my favorite... I have a fairly narrow tank and I can't get the light far enough back on the stand to be over the tank where I need it. Luckily the stand I have for the light that's on there right now is very similar but adjustable backwards. I should be able to use that one.

I got it set up! It's on a 5 gallon AIO. Whites 0, blues at 35, UV at 25, and red/green at 5. I turned the whites on to 1% and the blue completely disappeared, so I just turned it back to 0. And yes, I seem to have a toxic paly problem. They we're originally a brown button polyp, but they seem to have color morphed into a nuclear paly. Also, since my tank is narrow, I had to mount it backwards, but it works!

I won one of the January Supporter raffles and went with the Octo Aquatics "Shu" acclimation box.

I contacted Matt and asked if I could upgrade from "The O'Reilly" to the larger size ("The Schillinger") and make some changes (of course paying for the cost difference). He responded very quickly and said that wouldn't be a problem. After a couple emails back and forth where he helped by answering my questions, I placed the order.

I expected to have to wait a while (based on the notice he has on the site), but it was surprisingly quick. I made my upgrade payment on February 16th and I received the "The Schillinger" Shu Acclimation box today.

The options I went with were:

- The Schillinger (14" x 6" x 6")
- Tank thickness up to 3/4"
- Bottom: Clear
- Two dividers
- Slots in the front
- Euro-braced tank (hinges get put on opposite side)

The acclimation box came wrapped in bubble-wrap and included some instructions, a business card, and an Octo Aquatics sticker.

Thanks to Matt @ Octo Aquatics (@cromag27), @Daniel@R2R, and Reef2Reef!

Hey everyone. I won the Hanna contest last month and I received my package today. It includes the reef pro kit with calcium, alkalinity, and ULR phosphate plus a salinity tester with lots of extra cal solution. The prize also included the a really handy pH meter and the low range nitrate test.

I am really excited about this. There is a ton of great testers here. I will post a little later on each one. I am really excited to try the salinity tester first because its going to make life so much easier than trying to read the little lines on the refractometer I have. I will use the pH meter right away to. My first fish come out of quarantine in a couple of weeks so the timing is perfect.

Not related to the prize but I have been using a Hanna copper meter for my quarantine and it is awesome too. Its so fast and easy. You feel really confident in the number compared to the color comparator tests.

Thanks @Hanna Instruments for this great prize. I am so excited to dive in with each one.

I work for a water department. We've used Hanna products for testing chlorine. They're pretty straight forward. Digital displays, no color to try to decipher.

It has a nice blend of both large and small foods for different corals and for fish! And it comes with it's own serving spoon.

Just saw this thread, back in February ish I won a $1000 gift card to sbb corals. Used it to get a bkchem froot loops, sbb pop rocks (which stned), and a sbb hawaiian punch bounce. Still feels as surreal today as it did when I saw the message.

Earlier this summer my prize arrived - Thank You Avast Marine for Reef Jerky!

Caption Three Contest.JPG

Here it is soaking in cup before I feed to corals (& fish, fish steal larger bits). It arrives with its own thin, long serving spoon inside container. This is a great help to me because I am an overfeeder. Appreciate portion control assistance

Some of my recent haul,

Plus the $100 gift card to Live Aquaria. If you haven't won yet, all I can say is keep trying. It took several years of trying for me to win anything and then BAM!:D

No, it was over a 4 month in a row span. I just found out about this "Post your winnings" thread so I put them all in. But, thanks to you (;)) , I've just read about that multiple wins in less than a year bit. My bad, I already won twice before as a raffle draw winner on the Avast Reef Jerky draw and then won a third time this month. Following your lead, I asked to have the recent third one redrawn. But what to do with the second one? Will they take it back? It's not open yet.
