I'm not certain vendors can participate as vendors but as a member you sure could. If you are looking for a great thing to do as a vendor you can contact the Staff at R2R and see about participating in the Toy Drive we run every year with donations as prizes from great vendors all around.

No Limit as of last year that I was aware of, I'm certainly guilty about going over the minimum....
