Hi!! You can mark an item as purchased on another person's Wishlist so that other people viewing the Wishlist can see something has already been bought. The items marked as purchased are hidden from the owner of the Wishlist, so it will not spoil the surprise!

You may certainly ship before the deadline, but I'd encourage people to be sure to at least ship some things closer to December. So no harm in shipping some gifts early (I know some of you send multiple gifts), but maybe hold off on some till around mid-November at the earliest so it'll arrive around December. (This last bit is just my suggestion.)
