Problem:

Fix:

Going to use a razor and start a groove along the horizontal mounting line between the right leg and the top surface it is adhered to.

Dont care if it break a bit or isnt pretty, it was $12 and I need it to work.

Plan is to reattach the same piece I am removing and mount it flush against the back of the top plate. This should give me the extra 1/8th an inch I need to clear the rim of the sump.

Its reset now in it's new location, glued, and awaiting a cure. I'll leave it for a few hours and see if ita strong enough to hold tubes. Otherwise it will delay me until tomorrow before actually turning everything on.

The build will commense as scheduled minus the tube holder.
