Everyone acts like this "social distancing" is such a big deal... I've been practicing it with my torch and every other coral in the tank for months! 10" minimum bubble please ;)

Up before the lights and not rushing to work has its benefits. Dosed some fuel and 20 mins later the 1st click of ramp up hit, and i did some target feeding.

Big to do list today. Knocking off the ones She wants done first. Naturally. :)

Currently making 25g for a 20% WC. This will be the first one in about 8-11 weeks.

To-do:

- Round of testing
- Refugium maintenance, scraping @Fudsey 's GSP that is almost covering the front view completely. I've already shaved it clean 3 times.
- Light Fragging of some sps
- Aiptasia hunting with aip-x.. Plan is to pull rocks and kill of the aips outside the tank in dirty WC water. Will have a 2nd bucket to rinse after the 20mins of wait time is over. A feeble attempt to isolate any spores that may release during the Aiptasia purge of 2020
- Order frag plugs, glue, and a RS DKH reagent refill

Gonna be a long day of husbandry.

I’d just swap out the sump ;Hilarious ;Hilarious ;Hilarious

Waiting for the water change to shut all the flow and return off. Then I'll attempt to clean it up. A little. Hehe.

All is done except fragging. Needed more water. But have 10g of rodi ready to go. Another day. Exhausted and ready for seafood stuffed portabella caps for dinner.

A few pics of the chaos,

Pulled quite a bit of GHA and sludgy algae out via syphon once the flow stopped.

Couldnt keep it all down, naturally.
FTS after the storm blew in ;)

Where’s the sump shot? :(
I'll take one when the dust settles. I didnt pull the rock like I had planned. Ran out of go power. When I do the fragging I'll have more water made up and prolly do it then.

Looking good Rich! Your tank is spinning down and my tank is spinning up. Such is life! You have given me some motivation to get the metal halide transferred over.

I love how the fox face pulled off a big piece of algae. Who is the King fish in your tank? I have a 55g fresh where my male angel fish is the boss of all bosses.

Thanks sir.
No king really. They all bicker here and there. The FF and Zebra Sailfin are relative in size. They just are constantly trying to make sure the other one isnt eating without them. Heh.

Best of luck with ur new build. I'm following it :) never tried true FW except for the 90s rave of 30g in the living room. Cheap petco stuff. Stepped right I to this pile of sump mud and started lighting hundred dollar bills on fire ;Hilarious
