SO i had another thread where I asked to get rid of the dinos, and one of the common things people told me was to raise the temperature to 82 degrees. I did that, and now it seems like the dinos are going away after only one day, but now my tank is kinda cloudy. Is that normal? #reefsquad

Yes, my guess would be a bacterial bloom from the elevated tank temp, but not positive.

One of the best ways to help rid of dinos is a UV filter. It also helps with bacterial blooms which seems like what you’re dealing with. Have you considered this? Also, has anything died in the tank?

Nah nothing is dead, everything is doing great. I turned up the heat to 80F and kept my UV on, and now my tank is slightly cloudy. Help?

Raise temp ??? Yikes- lowers oxygen for starters.
Prepare for a water change and blow this stuff loose with a turkey baster and siphon up loose particles.
Turn lights off for 5 days and st night dose 1ml of hydrogen peroxide per 10 gallons for all 5 nights
During the day dose 1ml of liquid bacteria per 10 gallons.
Clean filters daily and DO NOT FEED CORAL FOODS OR ADD NOPOX as it is food for dinos.
Day 5,, you can start with blue lights and work your white lights up slowly
