Raising Magnesium Level - What Time of Day to Dose

I want to raise my Magnesium level from 1350 to around 1500 to see if it helps my hammers.
32G Biocube and using the BRS calculator I need to dose 300ml.
I have decided to dose 50ml a day for 6 days.
The question is what time of day to do it.
I dose for Alkalinity (6ml daily) in the morning and Calcium (1ml daily) in the evening.

For mag, you can actually raise it all at once from that level.
