Hard to tell for sure as it’s kind of blurry but most likely just an amphipod and nothing to worry about - I’m guessing it’s a newish set up ? Are you dosing anything ? I have a larger amphipod population in my reef always like to run this way as well as lots of copepods as they eat detritus / algae and are also fish food (mandarins and many wrasse especially)

Its a seeded block from a LFS, broke it into a few pieces so it will fit in my AIO. Put it in a bucket to observe before throwing it in. Good or bad idea?
