What fish/inverts do you recommend to keep in a frag tank with raised egg crate racks? Looking for things that will pick off pests/algae from the rack/frags without harming corals (minor irritation is okay if it’s necessary for pest removal).

Thinking of Melanurus Wrasse but looking at other ideas.

125gal, no substrate but can create hides for the fish/inverts if necessary. Currently has no fish. The fish are obviously a secondary “backup”, the main course of pest control is prevention through parameters/maintenance and dips/manual removal.

Any favorites for algae? Ideally one that will look nice under blue lights as well.

I would say a Bristle Tooth or Tomini. You don't want anything that is going to get to large. If it is strictly a frag tank, I would worry about function more than appearance of the fish.

Its a frag tank that is on display for people to see, so functionality comes first but appearance is still optimal (but not priority, again). Im definitely gonna look into these guys thank you for the suggestions!
