Red-ish tube builder?

I noticed something building red-ish tubes on my coral frags. The tube is a hard material that shatters easily, and there is some sort of fleshy "nub" at one end.

Vermetid snail
+1 Vermetid snail. If they're not too close to a coral, they don't seem to bother much, but many reefers hate them and put a little superglue on the tip to seal their opening and end them before they can spread.

Aww man, I'd feel terrible doing that. :-(

Yeah, I was like you, once. Lol. Now, if I see something that can potentially become a pest in my tank...I pluck the sucker without looking back...LOL
