Red root algae ??

I have this small red root looking algae that has started to grow on some rocks. Seems to be killing my Zoas as well. It doesn't appear to have any leaves or anything other than roots. Any idea what it is and how to get rid of it ?

Red slime algae or cyanobacteria are the most likely culprits
