Red Sea AB+ and Target feeding? Both? or pick one?

What is your preferred method for maintaining coral health and growth? Do you target feed, dose Red Sea AB+, do both, or something entirely different? Also, please post tank pics with you results

My method is to direct dose AB+ and then direct feed Reef Roids.
