That will all depend on the type of corals you plan on keeping.

well currently i have two zoas, GSP and finger leather corals

Check this for starters and remember to start at lower intensities and move up as needed.

reefled 50 settings

i just bought 2x reefled 50. it's totaly new for me. What kind of settings should I put it on? i found this setting on internet. What is the difference between RL50-12K, 18K, 23K and 23K@10:00?
