Which of these two is better? Any personal experiences with either? I currently dose Brightwell aquatics restor and amino acids, but was thinking about switching to reef energy plus?
Here is a before and after of some SPS growth I have had since March 1 when I started dosing AB+. I dose 8 ml 3 times a week now at night. ASD Mille and WD.
