This is going to be a very nice build! I just ordered a 170 G2 today and plan to start my build in a few weeks. Did you order yours online? If so, how long did it take for Red Sea to dropship?

I ordered via https://www.saltwateraquarium.com it took 10 days from order placement to delivery. Just beware that you'll need a dolly as the freight company doesn't deliver it inside your house

This was my last tank and I love it, everyone was like wow when they saw it. I wanted to move it from one room to another. OMG I didn’t realize how heavy it was! Even with almost all the water drained it took multiple people to move. Make sure it’s where you want when it gets set up.

You definitely have a lot of goodies down there! . I had to refill my 5 gallon top of jug usually once a week(ish)

Wow. I would say you have been researching. You have more gear there than I have on all my tanks put together. Reminds me of when I used to build gaming PCs. I spent way more time researching and buying components than I did assembling. Good luck on the venture, I hope it goes well for you. I have a reefer 170 also but don't even run a skimmer and I manually dose lol

I will be very interested in your placement and settings for the Reefwave to get a good flow without moving the sandbed around too much or getting the fish to hang out on the opposite side of the unit because it is too much flow.

Looks like you're off to a great start, that's a fully packed cabinet for sure! :beaming-face-with-smiling-eyes:
