Looks like you used .79 ml. I see .21ml left in the syringe.
So CA = 395.

Yeah you read it from the bottom of the black park, so it looks to be 2.1, not sure on the Red Sea but you either take that 2.1 as the reading and look at the chart for the result or you take 2.1 away from what was in the syringe and that is the number you check on the chart.

The syringe is 1 ml. Push your plunger down very, very slowly (shaking slightly/titrating every time you push so the fluid mixes with your sample), until the color in the glass tube changes to the color on your RS chart. Note the level of the very bottom of the black part of the plunger when the color changes. Then take 1, subtract that number where your plunger stopped, and that gives you the reference number you need to compare with your RS chart to determine your reading.

For example, in your case, the plunger stopped at .21. 1 minus .21 is .79. This is your reference number. Pull up your RS chart, and since .79 is not an option, but .78 and .80 are, split the difference of those two. In your case, that's 395ppm Ca.

About 275ml to reach 450ppm Ca. If you check the back of your Ca bottle, you will see that your reading of 395 (on the left side of the bottle in blue) maps to about 30ml if you slide over to the level you're looking for, 450ppm. Since that guide is for 25g, and you have 230g, just divide 230 by 25, which gives you 9.2. Multiple that by the 30ml the bottle says to dose, and you have 275ml. Dosing 275ml will bring your Ca from about 395 to about 450ppm.

I would split that up over about a 2-3 days, though, and then test again, and tweak.

Should I do 30 ml a day? Or is that to much?
I cannot confidently answer that, as there are lots of things in play, primarily a chance of abiotic precipitation if your alk is too high and you raise Ca too fast ... a chemist could, if you gave them an ICP test. But I believe that, generally, an increase of about 20ppm a day is safe and slow enough for tank processes and chemistry to adjust. In your case, that would be about 275ml split up over 3 days. So around 90ml a day. Some will advocate raising all at once. I would not.
