Red stringy filaments on rock and sand bed

as I was working in my tank today, noticed these red strings in the sand bed and on the rock. can someone please help ID?

Worm I meant, not work. And they are beneficial detritivores. I’ve seen them irritate corals before though. If you don’t want them there are fish that will eat them
