The best thing is definitely app control. And it being beefy is a definite plus. Plus I like the larger pore size to make the roll last longer.

Well I can tell you I am happy I ran a dip bucket with high salinity before placing the KP rocks into QT. I had gotten a shipment back in Jan 2021 and didn't do the high salinity...just QT it. It’s a neat trick I look forward to trying out someday. How long do you dip? Do the shrimp survive...

I like how easy it is to change the roller the best. Best on the markey from what I have seen.

Official Entry - I’m a change your filter socks every day kind of guy and a roller like this would save the extra work and headache. Best of all, it rolls the crud out of the tank so it’s not sitting in a sock becoming nitrates and phosphates. I also love that this one comes with an app!
