We reefers love inverts! But mostly the eye-catching ones, like Anemones, or funny ones like Urchins. But what about the outcast inverts? The ones that not many people want to put in the effort to care for? The ones that are more strange than beautiful? Or the ones that are misunderstood but benefit our reefs?

Sometimes, these reef aliens come in as hitchhikers, while other times, we specifically seek them out. Let's show them some love!

You wanna know something funny? When I created this thread today, I thought, "I'm glad I can't relate to this."

I lie not; just a little bit after I posted this, I saw these for the FIRST TIME in my pico tank. I can't even be mad because I 100% did this to myself by jinxing myself with this thread.

Oh no! That's not a Bobbit is it?
I'm not entirely sure, but it does look suspicious. The only hope I'm running with is that it seems to be living in the rockwork, and I think Bobbits live in the substrate. Hopefully, that means it's not. My best guess right now is an Euclid, which isn't a Bobbit, but a less evil cousin of them.

Eunice I believe, but not a Bobbit I'm thinking.

Make @Gumbies R Us catch it and put it in a glass so we can see it better. :winking-face: :face-with-tears-of-joy:
I got home, and she led me to the tank to see it. I tried to bait them out with food, but nada. Didn't see anything. Maybe I'll try again later and get a picture just for you

I posted this video of Karl, my Atlantic cucumber in your other thread but maybe there are some who missed it. Karl eats dirty sand and then poops out nice clean sand balls. Who doesn't love clean sand? My hubby thinks he is gross but I like him.
