    Reef Pets strives to offer only the healthiest and best quality live coral possible. We offer a Live Arrival Guarantee on all of our coral. However, in the rare event of a DOA (Dead On Arrival) coral an email must be sent to us within 2 hour of the first delivery attempt. Please send the email to sales@reefpets.com. Within the email please list your name, address, phone number along with clear photos of the DOA coral. If this information is not received within 2 hour Reef Pets will not honor our Live Arrival Guarantee. A replacement or credit will be issued on your next order within 60 days, no refunds. After 60 days the credit expires.

    - All orders are shipped through FedEx Priority Overnight which are delivered by
    10:30am to most areas.
    -Tracking information will be sent on the day shipping takes place.
    -Reef Pets will not be held responsible for any delays caused by FedEx that result in loss.
    -If the package is refused for any reason the customer is responsible for the full cost of the purchase.
