    Reef Pets strives to offer only the healthiest and best quality live coral possible. We offer a Live Arrival Guarantee on all of our coral. However, in the rare event of a DOA (Dead On Arrival) coral an email must be sent to us within 2 hour of the first delivery attempt. Please send the email to Within the email please list your name, address, phone number along with clear photos of the DOA coral. If this information is not received within 2 hour Reef Pets will not honor our Live Arrival Guarantee. A replacement or credit will be issued on your next order within 60 days, no refunds. After 60 days the credit expires.

    - All orders are shipped through FedEx Priority Overnight which are delivered by
    10:30am to most areas.
    -Tracking information will be sent on the day shipping takes place.
    -Reef Pets will not be held responsible for any delays caused by FedEx that result in loss.
    -If the package is refused for any reason the customer is responsible for the full cost of the purchase.
