How?
Is water shared between tanks?
Are fish kept at normal sg levels?

I thought copper for 14 days was acceptable as long as fish are transferred to a new clean/disease free system? Is this what is done? or are fish kept in the copper system until purchased and shipped?

It just says they are ready to be shipped. It doesn't say what happens after the 14 days until they are sold.

After the quarantine treatment, all specimens are transferred to a separate sterile holding system until they are sold.
