Time to replace T5, clean the reflector and Kessil of that salt splash. Its amazing how dirty the lights get so its good idea to clean them often. Also wiped down the top of the fixture and blow out the vents on the Kessil. I shoot to change out my T5 every 10 months just to insure I am not loosing any par and spectrum..

Just read through this build. Looks awesome!

I’m about 3 months into a reefer 250 setup also. Glad to see someone else is loving the clarisea. Just followed your IG too

Looking good! Following along cause I'm building a Reefer 250 too. If you could buy new lights today, would you stick with your current system?

Thanks for following man.. .That's a great question. I would for sure get the Kessil's. I really like em for the fact that it uses Kessil logic to insure I have the right spectrum. I not one of those guys who likes change the spectrum a lot. Just set and forget it. I currently have 2 360x and toying with the idea of adding a 3rd in the middle. Far as the T5. I like them and they really push the par up for the acro's. What I am not big fan of is the Hybrid they are mounted in. The build quality is good just really bulky over the tank. Now with the Reef Brite really stepping their game up I may got with them in the future. I just wish they had a hybrid mount for the Kessil like the Aquatic Life has. Enjoy the ride in building your 250.. Got more questions just ask away

Awesome, thanks for your thoughts! I'm not planning to get SPS (famous last words?) so hoping I can just do LEDs and not a bulky fixture across the tank with T5s lol. Yes, those Reef Brites are looking nice. We'll see!

My PH was running lower than normal. Normally I get around 8.50 PH during the day and at night around 8.3. Over the course of a couple of days I would barley get over 8.25. I knew something was not right since I am running a CO2 scrubber.

Checked CO2 scrubber and noticed I was not using the media Checked the intake it was not pulling air like it normally does. So I pulled my skimmer venturi to check it make sure all was good.

Sure enough it almost completely plugged but yet the skimmer foam was fine. Every so often I even let it suck in some RODI water into the venturi to make sure it stays clean but still is not enough to keep it clear. Soaked in some vingar for little good scrubber and back to normal. After hours PH is starting get back to normal. Now will add this to my maintenance schedule.

Sunset Monti growth on the Reef MoonShine process by @PSXerholic . From 09-04-2020 to 11-20-2020. This only 78 days and the growth is amazing.. Its so helpful to take pics along the way to really show that you that the tank is growing. Not only is the growth amazing the color pretty cool. In person it really pops

Z góry dziękuję i pozdrawiam. ;-)
