Thank you mate, that sound great and they usually can survive 48+ hrs shipping, but I'm in UK/England, it'a bit far away, and the shipping can get longer (or very expensive) you know.
If you look in USA you can find some dillers/traders selling them. :)
Yep i have 22 of them now got from salty underground. They were like 300 bucks for them little tiny little critter cost a lot but essential in getting rid of aptaisia.

when I feed (in a container 5 of them per container, and have 2 setups) for 24 hrs they eat over 8 mid grow aiptasia, or over 10 smaller, or 5-6 really big (disks over 3/4")

Nope, I ship pretty regularly now :) I prefer local pick up but if I gotta ship, I gotta ship. I’m not shipping until Jan 15 though because of the holiday rush

I trade my frags in locally for salt mostly. I would love to know how people keep frag only tanks. I start a frag tank 6 months ago to make space for the overgrown corals in my nanocube. I just don’t have good luck keeping corals thriving in the frag tank.

Frag rack, reef shelf, grow out vessel, to trade, to sell, to share with friends... it’s all relative.

I have a frag tank on my 20 gallon to sell, trade, and give to other reefers. It's helped cover the cost of the tank and meet other people in the hobby.

Currently growing out some high end mushrooms, sps, and zoas. I’m two years in the hobby and have been good so far on corals surviving. Having a tank full of fish is harder to maintain IMO. Have recently acquired a bouncing jawbreaker and just ordered an electus mushroom.

I am the lucky person who received these. The carrier tried their best to destroy them. Looked like they slammed the box down. Water did leak out. But while some of the corals were no longer on their plugs none were broken more than a tiny amount. Time will tell, but I am optimistic.

I was under the impression that shipments near the holidays were likely to get delayed, not body slammed! I hope nobody’s trying to ship anything glass right now...

I will like a Frag Rack but one that hangs on the top of the tank.

Any recommendations?
I simply took a piece of acrylic and used a torch lighter to bend it to fit my display fuge. I used one of those step drill bits to make the holes. It works pretty good and no magnets in my tank.

From my experience in having a "frag tank" it needs to be set up just like a regular tank. Have the live rock, the maintenance, the animals, etc. I have tried just frags in a tank and hooked to main system and was not as successful as my current fully functional reef set up for qt and frags. It has been running for many years now, but most things trive in there just like my main tank. Good luck if you try again.

The reason I try to run it with no fish and rock, is to irradiated pest. QT works but once the pest is in the tank the only way I have found to rid the tank is to restart. I now have a nanocube that is full of best but dont take it down because corals grow so well in it. I started a new QT to try and get some pest free frags from the nanocube but the frags are not doing well. I added some mollies to see if they can help out. Hopefully things improve

I bought a small Xenia frag almost four years ago. As everyone says, it grows like a weed. I keep it on an "Island" surround it with 1 1/2" frag disks and let the Xenia do the rest. About every 4-6 weeks I trade it in for store credit at my LFS. Have probably earned $2000+ in credit over three years.

I cant even keep a coral alive ( or couldn't last time I checked ) so nope!
For me, I have learned to love what I can grow. Had/have terrible luck with SPS & most LPS, so I have a softie reef tank. So you’ll get there for sure. Set up August 2016 took this pic today. It will happen
