Reefer Hendrix’s 65 gal reef tank

Finally starting my build thread it’s got the good the bad and the ugly, mostly ugly in the beginning. Hope everyone enjoys and would love to hear everyone’s advice for me for the future. I’ll start it off with my whole start of the tank 2 years ago

So I started off with this 65 gal I got from petsmart 2 years ago, this is the first tank ive ever had.I put normal sand in at first and live sand in later, the plan was for it to be fish only and I wanted all cool aggressive fish. Terrible choice for my equipment and size tank I know now…the lighting was just the little led that came with the tank. Overhang filter and that’s it.
