ReefHD Reef Flux Anti-Fungal Treatment Question

When using Reef Flux for Bryopsis/Hair Algae, I know its anti-fungal so it shouldn't have any effect on good bacteria. But..if it kills those two algaes, will it go after coralline algae too? And...what about Zooxanthellae Algae?

Why this route? Have you tried a number of the natural remedies?
