Hi everyone,
My diy controller with reefpi installed disconnected from web when I inadvertently pressed the "address" bar (the one with the IP settings) in the config tab. How can I reset/connect to the reefpi again? I noticed that by clicking on the bar with the smartphone short before disconnecting the ip was something like http//0.0.0.8 and right after without the 8

Ok I solved the problem by deleting all the file buckets using the command
sudo rm -rf /var/lib/reef-pi/reef-pi.db
from putty

Only problem was that I had to re-adjust all the settings and re-set all the ins and outs.
Is there a way to save a config file in case of future problems? can I use the reef-pi.db file for this?

The file you deleted was the database that's why all the settings were gone. To backup reef-pi that's the file you want to copy, you can do through terminal or in reef-pi if you go to configuration then the admin tab there's a button to download it.

You're getting a Robo-Tank, nice! Thanks again, I appreciate it, I think I found your order, I hope it gets there soon.
