i have a small HOB refugium, partitioned into to compartments, base miracle mud some chaeto I added some apocalypse pods and ocean magik water flow is very minimal through this HOB my mandarin is sitting in the compartment next to it for now however I want my pod population to be boosted a bit more. Do I secure the water going to the refugium for a few days let the pods do their thing and release the mandarin into my main tank or do I just leave the set up as is. End goal here is to boost the copepod population sustainable enough for my mandarin while also maintaining this refugium for continued pod growth and feed. The HOB is small and idk if It is effective enough. Any recommendations?

So true.... I would release your mandarin into the display tank and hope there is enough life in there to keep him alive till your Fuge starts to thrive....

I will be running my set up several months with cope pods and amphripods only in hopes that they will thrive before purchasing my mandarin.....
