Ive been out of the hobby for more than a few years now and im looking at starting a reef aquarium again. Ive been to the local reef store here a few times which is Dallas North Aquarium and ive been bitten by the bug. What has changed in the last 5 years, has anything come out that makes keeping a reef a little easier.

Welcome to reef2reef!

Yes the Neptune trident is out finally! Also the alkatronic, reef bot, which are devices that test your water automatically.

Since you’re in Dallas, if you’re looking for a sump or some custom acrylic work, contact Melev’s Reef. Marc will take care of you.

Welcome back! Seems like new innovations are continuously popping up. They range from awesome to nice to have to waste of money. Just do your research, ask lots of questions and take your time. It all depends on what you want and how much you're willing to pay.

Yeah its always been slow and steady. But red sea has a new light out as well as a new skimmer line. Who else has done something like that.
