Anyone have a colony shot of RMF's Flavor Parade? I've got a local grow out competition and this is the piece selected. I'm not looking for growth tips or anything but I am curious as to what this piece looks like as a colony.

I see frags for sale, but haven't seen much for colony shots when digging through the forums.

If you got one and can share a picture it'd be much appreciated!

Thanks,

Matt

Thanks guys, I'll dig into their build threads/search their names later. Maybe I'll get lucky and they'll post here if they get the time.

@jolt had a nice colony

This was a few years ago. It grew quite a bit larger. But the colony suffered greatly in the great Austin Freeze of 2021 and is barely alive now. Nowhere near its glory days!

Looks like a cool piece! Sorry to hear about the issue but glad it's still hanging on for ya. Hopefully it'll rebound here soon.

The green polyps really pop on the pinkish background. Would you say it's similar to RMF Candyland?

I have not seen Candyland in person. To me Flavor Parade is like most Bali shortcake style acros I have seen in general growth and color.

Well that's good to hear, I've wanted one for a while now. I have candy land but it's gone dormant on me and still just an encrusted nub.

RMF website has a photo of their colony.

I always thought that this one looked like Fox Flame and Pink Caddy had a love child.
I checked that out but it was just the one shot and was curious what it looks like in others tank's grown from frags.

That sounds like a good pairing, I love both of those pieces.

Here’s a pic under all blue. I’ll try to get a full spectrum shot of it tomorrow. It’s one of the few corals that actually look better in full spectrum than in blues.
