Hi all,
I will end this build thread with a few pics.
I have had this tank for almost 3 weeks.
I shall tell you the story of this tank that I call "Ann's Legacy".
I was fortunate to be looking for a tank when a former RASOC member, Ann, decided to get out of the hobby.

She had a great system starting with a Red Sea 360 (94 gallons).
Lights = Aquaticlife expert series
Diablo skimmer
2 MP10s
Jebao pump of some sort
An establish refugium
ATO

Live rock

Hippo tang (Can you guess the name?)
Yellow coris wrasse (Scuba Steve)
Gold banded wrasse (Ruby Tuesday)
Banghai cardinal (Mr. Grumpy)

AND

35 corals and anenomes

On a cold January day, I made my way to South Carolina with rubber maids and buckets in tow.
We broke down the tank piece by piece, loaded it all into the minivan.
Everything was meticulously clean.
The rock anemone of course was not going to detach. So it had to travel, exposed at the bottom of the tank in the open air.
No bad ocean smell in the van while driving.
Freezing rain began the fall on our way back to North Carolina.
It was now Saturday evening, I had to get all of this up 3 flights of stairs in the freezing rain.
Time of course is critical.

Got some help and got the tank up the stairs and into place.
Started adding water, found a heater to pop in and started adding all of the residents into a cloudy chaotic mess.
The impellors to the MP10 were left behind in South Carolina! I could not move the water. And I had no clue at that point
how to set up the sump.
The solution was to pop the skimmer pump into the tank to move water.
Now late at night and all of my helpers have opted for wine and beer.
Got the tank into a livable state.
Next day, got sump going, refugium in place, lights set up.

It is now 3 weeks later. I did not lose a single specimen.
The lobsters molted.
the 5 BTA's have become 7.
It was a great moving adventure that has a happy ending!
It is a testament to how well Ann took care of her tank.
She has made my job incredibly easy.

3 weeks in, the first hair algae strand spotted in main tank. High on a rock, inaccessible to snails, hermits. Refugium is growing chaeto well. Lots of overfeeding. No3 and PO4 test kits not yet delivered, but these parameters are probably high. Thinking of strategies. Probably vinegar dosing to start at a very slow pace.

Well that hair algae never transpired.
Last week I lost 7 duncan heads to a neighboring anemone that expanded its reach. I head did survive though!

The xenia from @WWC is thriving!

RIP CLowns. New additions a few weeks
I suspect Brooklynella. Skin slough, rapid demise.
Praying the other fish survive. It has been a week and they all look happy.

In happy news, the phyto culture is growing and looking good. No smells, things are turning green. Thumbs up to @AlgaeBarn. Great stuff.

My little 2 mm frog spawn piece I found on the sand is now about 13mm in size and happily growing and flowing.

My cabbage leather was MISERABLE. Constant shedding of skin, did not like the high value real estate under the lights.
I tore it away from its rock base, moved it down to the sand under low lighting, low flow.
And now it is Happy happy happy !!

The latest addition in the bottom far right is the red goniapora from Eric in Mooresville. If you ever get a chance to get a frag from Eric, do so, his frags are the best.

On top, there is a new purple stylophora. Also from Eric.

Hidden in the pic above is the 1st acropora! Name unknown. It is doing great so far.

I lost the goniopora. I think due to heat. But I am not sure. Everything else in the tank remains happy and growing.
Since that time, my calcium and alk dipped (320 and 6).
I have upped the Kalk dosage to the ATO.
I was adding only 2 tsp of CA(OH2) to 4 gallons of water.
I have now upped that to 8 tsp. This week is first attempt at this new kalk dosage levels.

His name is Viking Linus.
Yesterday I gave him an axe.

Testing out Iphone.
Acan having baby sprouts on the side. For the longest time this was on the verge of death as it was not securely attached and wound up in bad places. Happy now.

And then I saw the biggest poop ever. At least in terms of scale.......I would walk awkwardly for days if I passed some of that relative size.
