I've used epoxy, doesn't hold great.
Water super glue and sand works incredible.
I was thinking about cement, not sure about cure time.
And I've used aquafix. Okay but not great.

Water super glue is the only way I'm going in the future.
same here! Thin superglue and powdered dry rock is incredible and looks so natural. Never doing anything else again n

I watched several hours of YouTube videos prior to doing my aquascape (#nerdalert) and ended up doing glue followed by cement mix with sand/dust on the cement to hide it.

I had a tank breakage and had a combination of old rock and new rock and didn't like the stark white next to the old rock (the old rock made me sad) so I found a way to blend them. If you dilute purple Marco Rock cement/mortar very thin it turns into a purple paint! It's not dark but it helped make everything blend better together when using varied rock.

I'm a stacker. While I do enjoy looking at the creativity people have making their aquascapes, I know that with success, the scape will be covered in coral in a couple years, and won't be the same as day one. After a while, the coral themselves make their own scape. I applaud those who enjoy it, however. :beaming-face-with-smiling-eyes:
