Update after first dose of prazipro, not seeing much improvement doing water change today , fish are still eating fine so not sure what’s going on.
providing a vid showing the 2 clowns #fishmedic (I apologize to keep bugging you jay)
Sorry, I can't see much in the video. The clowns are swimming a bit "off". How long have you had them? Is the gramma in a different tank now?

I’ve had them prolly around a month and a half now. Gramma is still in there, since the air stone he hasn’t come of out of hiding. I don’t have a qt tank to use or to get one quite yet. Here’s some pictures

I can see more in these photos. The clowns have an infection. I can't tell you 100%, but the differential diagnoses would be (in roughly descending order of probability)

Brooklynella
Marine ich
Bacterial nodules
Flukes

Ok in case of brooks, I only have a 13gal tank that has a harlequin shrimp and a choc starfish available to move em to, what are my options. I know with brooks there’s usually a thick mucus layer which I haven’t noticed yet. And should I continue with the prazipro or go for a rally dip and see what happens not having a qt tank is really holding me back atm

Right, lack of a quarantine is really going to limit your options - the tank with the harlequin can't be used to medicate fish in.

You could try Rally dips......

I think if you could use it as a dip, it would work better - higher dose, but shorter interval. You do need to aerate during the dip. Does the bottle give you a dip dose?

it doesn't just 30 ml per 20 gal of water, I was going to dose tank too since I can't do a fallow period. but I'll try the dips first.

havent tested since treatment started but right before was sitting at 8-8.1ph 8.2-8.4alk 1.025 sg. tank is around 3 months old and 32gal biocube
So it is a new tank with a lot of fish stock. The Gramma and the six line are direct competitors. The clowns are jerks even if you do not see it. In my experience, the cube format stacks fish on top of each other and leads to increased aggression. Your injured Gramma may be dealing with injury and a hostile new environment.

gramma seems to have actually recovered its now mainly the clowns that are having problems. all of them seem to get along well and aren't fighting over spots in the tank as of yet.

Also wanted to mention all other fish are doing fine with no issues or signs of anything
Still a bit of a toss up between Brook and Ich for me. The other fish not showing symptoms tends to lean me towards Brook.
Have you thought about daily FW dips in conjunction with the rally?

I have tried to catch them but they run and hide everytime and I didn’t want to stress more than they already are I went with dosing the tank because of this, I just ordered kick ich as well to run with it. Ill give it another shot at catching them tomorrow to see
