Hi, I've had this royal gramma for 6 weeks now but for the last 2 weeks he has been constantly flashing againt the sand bed and rocks. There are no visible signs of disease or pests so I thought it might be flukes.

I've treated the tank with Praziquantel twice now. With no change. I've also tried a fresh water bath for 5 minutes. Also no change.
None of the other fish are showing any signs of problems.

Any Ideas what I should be trying next.

Welcome to Reef2Reef!

What dose of prazi did you use, and how did you administer it?
Was it pure praziquantel, or did it have a binder? (Medicines available in GB are often different than here in the US)
Is the gramma still eating well?
What other fish are in with it?

Do you have micro bubbles in your tank or fine sand. My wrasse flashed until I fixed the micro bubble issue. It was irritating him. Still trying to figure out how my gyre that’s not sucking in air is creating micro bubbles.
