Mine just STN’ed from a 0.1 ppm PO4 swing over 2 days. Only coral in the tank affected.

It did just arrive and came from extremely low nutrient tank. Like near zero. So that really ticked it off. Arrived looking like this:

Judging from the whiteness on the top polyps from your arrival picture it looks like it was damaged in shipping or when placing into tank. However, in the sellers photo the same polyps circles appear to already be missing tissue.
