Well I have some good news and I have some bad news. First the good news. I found a house to rent where I can have my tank. It is the rental house my parents own on our family's ranch property which is next door to my parent's house. We've always called it the "Cottage" and it's a little cozy two bedroom fully furnished house. I lived there for 10 years with my first wife prior to moving into my parents after the divorce. They then rented it out to a guy that's been living there ever since and had no plans to leave until now he doesn't plan to renew a contract with his employer so he'll get a new job elsewhere. Now for the bad news. He won't be moving out of the cottage until June of next year !!! I have to wait another 10 months before I can I can get water in my tank !!! I'm still looking for another place and will get something else if I find a better deal before then.

Hey, it is always good to have solid options.

I just saw that a few months ago you messaged me about the TS26 Sump. Sorry it took so long to get back to you. Your current equipment looks amazing, especially your new sump. I’m following the build. I can’t wait to see you get water in there!

Well I have some very good news. If everything goes right this Saturday should be our last day in the Health Food Store business. We and the other party have signed the buy/sell agreement and it will come into effect October 15. My mom, the owner of the store at 78 years old decided it's time to retire. A big chapter in my life will be over with 19 and a half years as assistant manager of Naturally Good Things. I will be officially semi-retired with just a part time job of running our little cattle ranch for awhile until I figure out what I want to do next. I'm 50 years old and have a lot of good years ahead of me. I just might go back to college. I will have a lot of time for reefing now but don't want to set up my reefer 250 until I have an apartment where I can keep it but I will set up a 10 gallon nano this fall/winter. Now I will have a lot of time to search for an apartment where I can keep the reefer 250.

Boxed and stacked up reefing gear making room in the bunkhouse for things we’ll keep from the store that won’t go to the new owners. Bottom picture farewell to the store.

I’m configuring another Marine Depot controller board. This is for a couple IceCap BBUs, a Wi-Fi power strip, and the router that will be connected to a BBU. It will go in the utility cabinet.

Does this fit inside the RSR 250 stand?

@tmcjilton yes it does. See the webpage listing for it on Marine Depot website. There you will find videos on the Controller Board. I really like them, I have two, and might get a third.

@tmcjilton see post #182 of this thread. I have two Marine Depot Controller Boards mounted in a Reefer 170 stand. I wouldn't get the the deluxe model board, it's pretty much the same thing with an LED strip light included but cost about $100 more. Harbor Freight Tools has a better LED strip light kit for $12.
