I've always used "driveway heat" for my calcium chloride in my 2-part mixes, but recently bought a big bag of Safe Step 7300 Calcium Chloride due to it being the only thing around in stock. Has anyone used this brand for making 2-part? Any issues with switching? I still have a bit of driveway heat left, but if the safe step is not acceptable for use, I'm going to need to order some other material soon.

The driveway heat I'm used to using is anhydrous, so I use 400g/gallon. Anyone know if safe step is as well? or should I use 500g/gallon with the safe step?

Thanks!
