Ok so I have had a Sailfin Tang since last winter , he has grown great but he got HLLE about four months ago. I haven't used any carbon since I saw him with it , he looks to be slowly healing. He eats Nori , Mysis , Pellets , Scallops , basically anything I feed the tank. He is very thick and the king of the tank. Currently in 110 gallon and will be going in a 180 gallon soon. Before I got him he was only in a 55 gallon tank. I have attached some photos, of anyone has any pointers or advice please let me know.

Sometimes this Is from copper. When treating them for Ich you have to be super careful. From what I know There's really not much you can do to remedy it other than what you are currently doing. Theres a big chance that it will never really go away and it will remain kinda like a scar

Honestly as long as he is healthy, i can live with the scars, i just want to make sure he is healthy and give him the best chance to recover and thrive. I have been trying to always keep him full
