Salifert Ammonia test kit reagent turned yellow?

I've been testing with this for a while now but recently I noticed that the reagent bottle turned yellow. I tested a control vial and dosed it with some ammonia and it is still showing 0ppm after testing. I'm not sure what went wrong because the test kit was accurate when I first got it and the ammonia reagent bottle was clear as well

Perhaps it got some moisture into the reagent
