I have found
Blue Hippo Tang: Prone to velvet and ich
Kole Yellow Eye Tang: Can be very aggressive when full grown and kill other fish

If you had to go tang, a yellow would be best, on his own.
Mine is 6 years old now and maybe 4-1/2”. The best rock cleaner I’ve owned. All day, rock cleaning.

The system is too new for any sand sifters and the mandarin, your going need to drip pods. Mandarin will do well in that system at say 6-8 months provided he’s the only pod eater in the tank. Then this fish thrives. 035A891A-72B5-4D8A-BDFF-F3E9EEEE7C69.jpeg

If you want a tang I would go with a yellow one. However, keep in mind you should add a Tang last in your aquarium. They are very territorial so if you add it last then everyone else will already have their space claimed.

i have a blue tang. He is awesome. You could also look into blue eye kole tangs or tomini tangs, they are smaller
