So clean! Rockscape from previous tank?

more or less :)

when I transferred the rocks, a lot of them broke into pieces from being out of the water. So stressful! I glued them back together the best I could to keep the same shape.

tank is doing quite well right now, although I definitely started a little cycle and algae bloom. I’m out of town for two weeks and will take more pics when I return. Hopefully all is well with the tank!

How is the tank doing? About to upgrade my reefer 250 and thinking going to this size or the 525XL. Wish the sump was a bit larger. Any opinions?

Tank is finally fully installed today.

A few notes:

- the Red Sea Reef Dose was super easy to install and is quite quiet. I wouldn't say silent, but less noisy than my bubble magus doser.

- My bubble magus curve 7 is insanely loud and makes the entire tank vibrate. I hate it. I contacted @Bulk Reef Supply to see if I can return it or if they can help me make it less noisy.

- I am very pleased with the Trigger filter roller sump. working flawlessly

Hey there,

I disappeared from the forums for a bit but here's a little update.

It's been anything but smooth sailing with this set up. I fought AEFW for a bit, lost a bunch of corals, then beat them. Fought red bugs for a bit and I think I finally have them under control. Weekly Melafix dips seems to have done the trick. Now I'm fighting bubble algae. Believe it or not, I still find the tank enjoyable. I just hope things chill out and coral growth picks up.

Quick vid. Sorry for the insane profanity. I was watching The Righteous Gemstones lol.

Questions above:

Foam is to absorb some noise from the sump.

Lights: I'm running AB+ at 45%
