Sanrise/ Spectra Aquarium growbox repair

Hi,

I have bought 2 of these off the bay and on one of these 12 of the LEDs do not light. I have opened it up and have noticed one of the electronic chips has burnt out. I'm pretty sure this is the reason for the LEDs not lighting.

Can anyone identify what this component is and if I can purchase one? I'm quite handy so happy to give soldering a go.

Looks like one of the boards is fried. Imagine only place to get it is direct from the manufacturer
