I have this lot of dry brand new Marco rock.
A number of saw cut pieces and some other chunky pieces and a very large flat. IMO there is now substitution for good Marco Rock for long term reef success. Surface area is great. Bought for new build which has been canceled. Also a bunch of connector pieces as well. Paid $275 from LFS for this hand picked lot 2 months ago. Selling all together for $190. That's 30% off the best reef rock IMO. Buyer must take it all as is. Approx 45lbs.

Located in Reading MA, just north of Boston.
Free whole olony of nice white leather to the buyer if the buyers tank is up and running.
Price is firm as this was purchase 2months ago from LFS and was hand picked.
