I recently picked up those same lens and had the same focus issues as you. Untill I went into "Pro mode". In that mode I can dial in the focusing kind of like a normal 35mm camera. After I found that out I've gotten A LOT better pics. I'd try that finding your phones PRO mode before returning them.

Thanks for the advice, I'll give it a shot! Billy said the same thing so that should fix it. I did order a porthole for my dslr too

The only corals I've lost have been fireworks cloves, cheapie from some other place, not SBB.

Had 2 small frags, one got knocked into a hammer, the other one had bubble algae and melted away after I removed it.

They started sprouting again a month ago then gone again.

I'm actually wondering if they got ate.

Funny enough I saw his tank and thought, huh his tank layout looks a lot like @billyocean . So it's really like you're complimenting yourself here

Here's the pro mode on android for those wondering. You can play with the settings in the last pic and whatblight ypu shoot under determines the best "k". My tank is heavy blue so I shoot in 10000k. Shilutter speed around 125 and ISO around 200. You can click focus and manually focus instead of auto focus and it helps..when all the green dots show up its the best focus you can get...its hard tonsee them sometimes though.

Unfortunately pixels don't have pro mode, couldn't get a focus on orpheks at all with any modes I had

Bought an avast porthole and just going to use my 24-70 2.8L for shots
