people not feeling as frisky lately to chat. You're right though, not a huge deal though.
It's the busy season at work and we're down a few critical people. Keeps me offline quite a bit. Probably the same for a lot of people.

Well, besides that and having ticked of Zero :face-savoring-food:. That said.... It is busy season, and Steve also had to sell off his stuff, hopefully he's doing better.

Onto more important topics, anyone have really good techniques for attaching corals to rocks. My Urchins are just bulldosers and constantly upending my coral. I want them, frankly, probably need them, but I just dab some glue onto the bottom of a frag or plug and hold it in place on a rock for a bit then let it go, but way too many frags are moving.

Don't just use glue. Use the sandwich method. glue , epoxy, and glue. I used to use Aquastik epoxy but i hate the smell and how it stick to on my hands. I spend a bit more and are now using Tunze coral gum along with glue gel

So you're gluing the epoxy to the rock and gluing the coral into the epoxy? just fyi, you can use JB underwater Weld, it is the same exact thing, 6$ a stick, and it doesnt have as strong of a smell... but its only white, but coraline should cover it rapidly enough

No. think of the epoxy in the middle and the glue on each end like the 2 slices of bread.

Glue epoxy glue samwhich is best.

Ive been experimenting with the new glue and cutting completely flat bottoms on my acros, this appears to be working pretty good so far. The snails havent been lnocking them off the plugs the way they do when i only use bone cutters.

May save a ton of money, we'll see long term if theyll base onto plug or snail will wedge himself between 2 and pop them off.

I use this I get from @stoney7713. I also cut some plugs off so it's flat and then use the sandwich method
